Manage a team of creatives to guide them in their design skills, as well as their overall career development.

Senior Designer in charge of the multi-million dollar Back to Basics Hair Care, Bath and Body, Men’s and Basic Texture Lines.  Designed all printed collateral and packaging, including hand drawn illustrations. Directed printed projects on press for quality and color correction. Supervised all model and product photo shoots. Maintained Back to Basics® website and supervised other designers in production and design.
